Dilli Haat: The Ethnic Food Junction

It was a pleasant February afternoon when I visited this place for the first time. This place is a bustling centre for art and culture with a variety of shops displaying ethnic jewellery, beautiful Pashmina shawls and stoles, ethnic clothing and delicious food. We entered the place and there were shawls and stoles swinging in the air all around and of such beautiful and exquisite fabrics which a person can hardly find in any other place in the city. There were other shops selling ethnic wear like Kurtis, Dupattas and ethnic jewellery. Everything was impressive but as a habit I always search for the thing which I am most likely to search everywhere, the food. Luckily here, a person as foodie as me has many options to explore and many delectable items to taste.  There are shops selling regional food relating to the particular Indian state they belong and hence named accordingly. Slow service while dining at a restaurant

Have you ever experienced slow and sluggish service while dining at a restaurant? I bet most people must have come across this common phenomenon. Whenever we go out to have a sumptuous meal at a restaurant, we expect to have our favourite dishes served to us within a considerable time. No one wants to wait too long as it makes them restless and irritated. It is quite obvious that some amount of time is needed by chefs to prepare the dish and make it ready to be served but if this turns out to be a rather long time than expected then it can prove disastrous to the reputation and goodwill of the restaurant as the satisfaction of customers is their top priority and it would be at stake. Sluggish service and making the customers wait too long will lead to dissatisfaction among them and they in turn will damage the reputation of that particular restaurant by the usual word of mouth publicity. I went through such an experience many times but the most recent was in November last year....
